Tithing is a way to show we trust God. Tithing isn’t meant for God’s benefit (He already owns everything), but is meant for our benefit. In the natural, tithes provide for the expenses of the church, the ministries of the church, and the church staff. However, in the spiritual, tithes help keep our priorities right. Tithing acknowledges that God is our provider and understands we will prosper with more when we are faithful with what has been given to us.
